All Agency Accreditation Coordinators have been added to NCLHD Accreditation Teams. Questions have been posted to the various channels including Activity 16.1 and 30.6. If you haven’t viewed these questions, check them out and see if you have any suggestions to offer.

We are offering a NCLHD Accreditation Teams webinar on October 8 from 1-2 p.m. The webinar will provide an overview of the NCLHD Accreditation Teams tool including using the channels, how to start and reply to conversations, managing settings (email notifications) and posting files. There will also be time for questions and answers. If there are any specific questions that you would like addressed during the webinar, please email us at NCLHDaccreditation@unc.edu. We will record the webinar and post it in the NCLHD Accreditation Team. Please register by 10 a.m. on October 8:https://uncsph.zoom.us/meeting/register/7f2bf0f7c3b739df66858a512be5123a.

Remember that we are going to transition from using the current AAC listserv to using NCLHD Accreditation Teams by January 22, 2019. If you have any questions or any issues using NCLHD Accreditation Teams, please contact us at NCLHDaccreditation@unc.edu.

Accreditation in Action

Agency Accreditation Coordinator (AAC) Advisory Council
Thank you to all the Regional Workgroups that have sent us their representative for the AAC Advisory Council. If you have not, please send us the name of your representative by December 3, 2018 to NCLHDaccreditation@unc.edu. The Advisory Council will be composed of eight members, one representative from each of the regional workgroups and at-large members will be selected for areas where a regional workgroup does not exist. Advisory Council members will serve two-year staggered terms. The expected commitment is no more than four hours a month for advisement on workshop planning and changes to the HDSAI Interpretation document, as well as piloting new tools and resources. The first meeting of this Council will be in January 2018.
