The Forsyth County Department of Public Health uses a spreadsheet to track personnel paperwork. It gives supervisors and the Assistant Health Directors a real-time update of their personnel records. The spreadsheet was created so that only the administrator can add information, however, others can view the files by supervisor or service area. The spreadsheet allows the team to easily see when records are past due, are current, or not applicable.  View the spreadsheet.
