Randolph County Performance Evaluation Checklist

Randolph County uses a performance evaluation checklist as a tracking method for annual employee performance evaluations. This document includes annual required training dates, a list of policies to review, certifications applicable to the position/employee, staff member information, job description review, and employee and supervisor signature lines. It is helpful to have all training dates on one form for quick accessibility, and it helps to eliminate the possibility of missing a required training.

Another tool used along with the checklist is a spreadsheet containing staff member names and dates for all required training (to have in one location). This allows for quick access to training dates when completing the performance evaluation checklist. When a staff member misses a required training, the spreadsheet cell for that missed training is highlighted to ensure the training is made up and not missed.
