Show all Versions Bug – SHOULD be fixed!

Thanks to some detective work from Jeff Sieber, Onslow County Health Department AAC, who learned that the “show all versions bug” occurred when a document was downloaded, not saved and deleted.  This bug has caused on-going issues with documents not showing for an activity. With this detective work, the vendor was able to replicate the issue and create a fix.  This is a good reminder that if you see a bug in the system, please let us know and provide us as much information as possible about where in the system you were, what exactly you were doing, etc.
