The Site Visit Team identified the implementation of the Matter of Balance program by the health department as a best practice.

The NCLHDA program is administered by the North Carolina Institute for Public Health, part of the Gillings School of Global Public Health at UNC-Chapel Hill, and funded through partnership with the North Carolina Association of Local Health Directors.
