At the end of each site visit cycle, the NCLHDA Program prepares a biannual cycle report to summarize the key findings from each cycle. These reports highlight the overall outcomes of that cycle’s site visits compared to overall program trends, featuring which activities were most missed and received the most suggestions for quality improvement within the cycle.

Site Visit Data Viz

The NCLHDA Site Visit Data Viz presents aggregate site visit results overtime. This tool helps the program see which activities are most and least met, and it compares that data by health department demographics such as governance structure and economic tier.

For nearly two decades, NCLHDA has served all health departments in North Carolina across sizes, regions, and governance structures. We are excited to have data that supports that all varieties of North Carolina Local Health Departments perform well in meeting activity requirements.
